Volvo Group is recruiting a power electronics engineer into its 2027 Graduate Program in Gothenburg, Sweden. The programme runs 15 months from August 2027 and leads to a permanent position.

- Document the design and validate the required compliance standards.
- Work with project management and take part in internal and external technical decisions.
- Assess quality and keep improving the components.
Half of your time goes to your home department and half to the programme: local and international rotations, short-term assignments, and training in operations, engineering and purchasing.
Requirements
- An M.Sc. in electrical engineering, electronics, physics or a related area.
- Some power electronics experience, from work, a thesis, a university project or a course.
