Verification and rules
How to verify someone acting on AVIDE's behalf, what the association does and does not do, the rules members follow, and where to report a concern.
1. Verify the sender
Got a mail from an @avide.dk address, or met someone introducing themselves as an AVIDE member, mentor, expert, or coordinator? The only way to verify it is to open that person's own profile on avide.dk and read the "The association confirms" block right under their name: membership tier and validity, badges, current roles, and (when granted) the @avide.dk volunteer email issued for that role. Every field in this block is computed by the system from current data; the account holder cannot edit it.
AVIDE does not run a separate lookup tool by email or name: the person's own public profile is where you verify them, and a visitor who is not logged in can still see the "The association confirms" block on that profile (though not the bio or personal contact details).
2. What AVIDE does and does not do
AVIDE is a non-profit, non-governmental social organisation that connects and supports Vietnamese academics and professionals in Denmark through official channels: membership dues, donations and event fees on avide.dk, networking activities, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
AVIDE does not authorise any member, mentor, expert, provider, or coordinator, in any form, to: broker marriages; recruit or send people to paid work or study abroad; lend money, raise capital, or solicit investment; run multi-level marketing or recruit into it; or collect money from members or outsiders outside the official channels listed above.
A title, a badge, or an @avide.dk address is not a guarantee for any financial transaction, brokering, or recruitment carried out by the individual holding it. If you encounter such an offer made in AVIDE's name, verify it through the profile (section 1) and report a concern (section 4) instead of trusting it.
3. Rules for using the @avide.dk address and the code of conduct

Điều 3.1: Địa chỉ thư @avide.dk, huy hiệu vai trò trên avide.dk, tên và logo của Hội là tài sản của Hội, cấp cho một công việc cụ thể. Không dùng cho việc cá nhân, công ty riêng hay tổ chức khác, và không dùng danh sách hội viên, nhóm chat hay sự kiện của Hội để chào bán hàng hóa, dịch vụ, khóa học hay cơ hội đầu tư riêng.
Điều 4.2: Những việc sau đã từng gây hại cho người Việt ở nước ngoài và dễ mượn danh một hội chuyên gia: môi giới hôn nhân; tuyển dụng, đưa người đi lao động hay du học có thu phí; cho vay, huy động vốn, mời gọi đầu tư; kinh doanh đa cấp và tuyển tuyến dưới; thu tiền của hội viên hay người ngoài ngoài các kênh thu chính thức của Hội. Hội viên không làm, không giới thiệu, và không cho mượn danh nghĩa hay kênh của Hội cho những việc này.
Điều 5: Thấy một việc trái quy tắc này, hội viên nói ra, không coi như không thấy. Việc vượt quá mức nói thẳng với người trong cuộc, hoặc nói rồi mà không đổi, thì gửi thư về [email protected] hoặc dùng biểu mẫu báo lo ngại trên avide.dk; người báo nhận lại một mã số để theo dõi sự việc.

Điều 3.1 (nguyên tắc gốc): "Tài khoản này thuộc quyền sở hữu và quản trị của Hội, được cấp để phục vụ công việc của Hội. Anh dùng cho việc của AVIDE, không dùng cho việc cá nhân hay việc của tổ chức khác. Khi anh kết thúc công việc tình nguyện với Hội, tài khoản sẽ được thu hồi, nên những gì mang tính cá nhân anh lưu ở nơi khác."
Điều 4.1 (chân thư chính thức): "AVIDE không cung cấp dịch vụ môi giới hôn nhân, tuyển dụng lao động, cho vay hay đầu tư, và không nhận bất kỳ việc nào cùng tính chất. Không cá nhân nào được nhân danh Hội để làm những việc đó. Chân thư mang đường dẫn hồ sơ của người gửi trên avide.dk, nơi khối "Hội xác nhận" ghi rõ Hội xác nhận điều gì, kèm đường dẫn tới trang avide.dk/xac-minh/."
Điều 5.1-5.2: Hệ thống ghi nhật ký các hành động quản trị tài khoản, giữ 180 ngày. Hội không đọc nội dung thư của hội viên và không quét thư theo từ khóa.

4. Report a concern
If you see an offer, a request to transfer money, or behaviour done in AVIDE's name that you are unsure about, please tell the board. You may leave every contact field blank; if you give an email, you will receive a tracking number by mail.
