Time flies, and it’s already January 15th. On this day one year ago, in 2023, AVIDE was officially established.  Happy birthday, AVIDE, and happy birthday to everyone born on January 15th 🎉  🎂 ❣️

On this occasion, the Executive Committee (BCH) of AVIDE held a review meeting to draw lessons, evaluate achievements, and discuss plans for 2024. AVIDE celebrates its 1st birthday with remarkable achievements and progress:  

  1. Building and maintaining the Website, Facebook group, and YouTube channel.   
  2. Attracting over 400 members to the Association’s Facebook group.
  3. Receiving sponsorship from several companies such as Google, DP VENTILATION A/S, and NOVODAN ApS.
  4. Organizing highly practical Webinar topics, receiving much positive feedback and trust from the Vietnamese community in Denmark, Vietnam, and other parts of the world. Notably, students and parents have sought out AVIDE’s Webinars as a reliable source of information.  
  5. The AVIDE Executive Committee received a certificate of merit from the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese for its efforts and progress in community building. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Vice Chair of the Science and Education Committee, received a Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Foreign Affairs for her outstanding contributions to the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and her continued sharing of knowledge within AVIDE.
  6. AVIDE has continuously received attention, support, and assistance from the Vietnamese Embassy in Denmark, members of the Advisory Board, Vietnamese associations in Europe, and a large number of members participating in the Association’s activities.

In 2024, AVIDE will continue to build, strengthen, and develop its activities in terms of human resources, organization, and other core activities of the Association. We will provide further updates in the near future.
