Danske Bank is recruiting a Generative AI Engineer (Full-Stack) for the Generative AI squads within its Risk and Compliance Tribe in Copenhagen. The role suits an experienced Python and AI engineer who also codes front-end in React and wants to embed generative AI into a large bank’s internal processes.
The role
- Design, develop, integrate and operate AI solutions used by internal business users
- Architect ways to integrate generative AI into existing and new products
- Choose technical frameworks and optimization techniques for generative AI, such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Work with prompt engineering and pre- and post-model-invocation processing
- Optimize model usage cost and explain model outputs and complex AI concepts to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, AI, machine learning or a related field
- Professional experience delivering AI/ML solutions in Python, with a strong understanding of NLP, LLMs and transformer architectures
- Practical experience designing and implementing RAG solutions with frameworks such as LangChain, Haystack 2.0 or Hugging Face
- Experience with React (TypeScript), Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (preferably Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS and/or Azure
- Based in Copenhagen with a valid Danish work permit
